Who Are we?:

We are Central Pennsylvania's only Sabbath Observant Kosher Cub Pack and Scout Troop.  

We  are Chartered to Beth El Temple, Harrisburg PA

Who can Join?:
Any boy in first grade through 12th.
CUB Program is for boys going into 1st. Grade through the Spring of their 5th. Grade
Scout program is for boys going into 6th. Grade through 12th.

What do Cub Scouts do?
Camp, fish, cook, play, learn, hike, help, arts & crafts, sleep in a tent, sing songs, race cars, teach others, help each other, swim, climb, act, race boats, tie knots, use tools, help our parents, build things, read fun facts, plant, track animals, make fires, cook marshmallows, learn new games, become prepared, go to amusement parks, hike on nature trails, meet other cubs and boy scouts, listen to camp fire stories, and many other things, but most of all, we have fun!

Where do we meet? Usually at Beth El Temple on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. (Every other week)

Do you camp overnight? Yes, we usually go at least twice a year. We go once in the winter to Camp Hidden Valley and once in the summer to Knoebles Camp Ground. We often go in the Spring to New Jersey and in the Fall to Philadelphia.

Do you have to be Jewish? No! We are a Kosher/Sabbath observant Pack & Troop, but kids of all faiths and levels of observance are welcome to attend our pack & troop.
